I brought my first home from Natgroup Real Estate Corporation. From the first time I contacted them, they were in touch daily, seeing where I was up to and offering any assistance that I may need, including helping me to get finance.
My first offer completely maxed out my pre-approved finance, but he offered suggestions of other sources of funds and finally I was able to get an extra $19,500 from my family to bring my offer up to asking price.
Yes I paid more than I wanted to, but when the time comes to sell, I will be calling Natgroup because they worked so hard to get me into my first home, but at a cost. That's exactly what I would expect as a seller.
