Team Escobar made the process of buying our first home so simple. No question was too small or silly for them - they answered them all promptly and professionally. As they are local, their knowledge of and love for the area is genuine which made the decision to purchase this house even easier.
Given the current times, we naturally experienced some delays with our finance application. Team Escobar was very patient with us and our broker throughout the process and we're very grateful for that. Team Escobar took us on our journey of purchasing a home and together they make a great team. Extremely friendly and warm people with an immense knowledge of their market and community. My husband and I have had experiences with Agents previously where the Agent had the ability to look out for not only the Seller but also the Buyer, more recently we have felt let down by Agents who are only concerned about the dollar figure for the Seller however Team Escobar certainly did not make us feel this way.
