Stories that speak for themselves.

We approached Claudia for assistance in selling our property after having no success with another agency.  She was extremely knowledgeable in the local market, motivated and determined to get a positive result for us.

Claudia accomplished this result within 48 hrs.  She delivered us a strong firm offer prior to the property even hitting the market thanks to her contacts and extensive database.

We had high expectations and she had far exceeded them.

Our experience with Claudia has been flawless.

Claudia is very professional and pleasant person to deal with.

She gave us all the information and details from the beginning and kept us informed regularly at every stage of the precoces of selling our home.

Samuel her husband is also great and he also helped in making this process much easy to handle for us.

Thanks to Claudia and her team!!

Was time to sell the family home. Claudia was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted Claudia and we arranged to meet at the house. After a walk around the property Claudia was able to identify areas that I should attend to as potential buyers would possibly have concerns.

It was soon clear that Claudia was the agent I needed to go with. Claudia was always available to answer questions and concerns. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, a contract after the first open house. Thanks Claudia.

Had a great time buying with Claudia. Good knowledge and communication for a smooth process!!

Claudia was the most profession out of all the agents we had dealt with whilst doing inspections for the purchase of our first property. Claudia was able to accommodate our inspection times, multiple times! It never felt like we were putting her out, or anything was too much hassle.

Claudia continuously showed how much she valued her clients whilst not only being professional, but someone who you felt like you already knew!

Claudia was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. She is a very genuine person who really does care about the people she deals with. I would highly recommend her

Claudia was very helpful to us right the way through the home purchase. Answered all questions I had without any concern and still continues to be helpful. She was not pushy and understood our needs and wants when it came to the correct home purchase.

Claudia has made our experience super easy and reassured. Her response time is incredible, within a minute you’ll have a reply. Her knowledge and understanding of the property was outstanding and very helpful! I highly recommend Claudia as your next realestate agent!
