All repair requests must be put in writing. Emergency repairs will be accepted verbally. We will endeavor to attend to the repairs as quickly as possible, however, it is necessary to obtain the landlords approval and quotes before any repairs can be seen to, so unfortunately delays are sometimes unavoidable. The upkeep of gardens and lawns are your responsibility.

  Termination of the Tenancy Agreement

The Residential Tenancy Agreement can be terminated by you, in two ways;

  • At the end of the Residential Tenancy Agreement you are required to give fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the expiry of the fixed term of your agreement.

  • Once the fixed term has expires, you may continue living at the property or vacate. If you wish to vacate, you are required to give at least twenty one (21) days written notice.

If however, you must vacate prior to the expiration of your Residential Tenancy Agreement, please contact your Property Manager immediately.
