We're seeking a driven and experienced residential sales agent who wants to take their career to the next level. This is a full salesperson’s role. You’ll be immersed in every stage of the selling process, from prospecting and lead generation to hosting open homes, managing buyers, attending auctions, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

We offer 2 opportunities:

1. Competitive base salary + uncapped performance bonuses or

2. For top performers, a commission-only or contractor-based role, with a generous and negotiable commission split to reward the really high performers.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Prospect for new business via calls, door knocking, database follow-up etc.
- Assist with buyer management and conversion through timely, professional follow-ups
- Support open homes, private inspections, and auction campaigns
- Coordinate client meetings, photoshoots and pre-settlement activities.
- Maintain and grow a well-organised database
- Stay across local listings, buyer trends, and compliance requirements


What We’re Looking For

- Current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate or full agents’ licence & valid driver’s licence
- 12 months+ experience in real estate sales with a proven sales track record that we can review.
- Confident communicator with a polished, professional manner
- Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-driven, hungry to exceed targets, and eager to learn
- Flexible to work weekends and after-hours when required
